Her journey in healthcare began on the front lines, where she served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), gaining invaluable clinical experience and a deep understanding of patient care.

Over the years, Emily’s commitment to improving healthcare systems and processes earned her the prestigious Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This certification is a testament to her expertise in optimizing operations and enhancing patient care through process improvement and efficiency.

Emily serves as Associate Vice President of Operations for CCI Anesthesia, where her leadership skills and clinical background combine to make her a vital asset.
