With a degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, Deveran is certified as a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Deveran’s leadership extends beyond CCI Anesthesia, having served as President of the WV Healthcare Human Resources Association and Tri-State SHRM, where she shaped industry standards. Her comprehensive HR experience encompasses Total Rewards, Talent Management, Compliance, Employee & Labor Relations, Strategy, Retention, and Employee Engagement & Development.
