SMS Terms & Conditions
CCI’s text messaging programs are governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
You agree Clinical Colleagues, Inc., its affiliates, and agents (“CCI”, “We”, and “Our”) may call you, including sending you text messages, about any current or future contract or association, with respect to all CCI positions or other CCI-related matters at any phone number you provide. In addition, you agree CCI may contact you using an automatic dialer or pre-recorded voice message. Message and Data rates may apply. Communications via text message will be sent to your mobile device and may include information about any CCI open position or other CCI-related matter. CCI reserves the right to change these Text Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued consent to receive such text messages from CCI constitutes your agreement to all such changes.
You have the option to enroll into specific subscription text alerts within the CCI account center, if and when such become available. You may also receive text messages related to fraud activity independent of your other preference subscription enrollments.
By providing a mobile phone number to CCI, you are certifying that you are the account holder for the mobile phone account, or you have permission from the mobile phone account owner to use this number for your CCI text messaging programs.
Frequency of text messages varies. For help with any text messaging program reply HELP to the text message that you receive. To opt out of reoccurring text messages reply STOP. You acknowledge that opting out of a subscription text alert message(s) may not impact or opt-out non-subscription text messages. And similarly, you acknowledge opt-outing out of any non-subscription text message may not impact your subscription alert text message(s) enrollment. View CCI's privacy policy here.
CCI has the right to change the content of any text message and its delivery frequency including discontinuation of the text messages in their entirety at any time without prior notice to you, subject to applicable law. If your mobile phone is off, out of range, or subject to a variety of other conditions, you may not receive the message, or messages may be delayed. CCI does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure text message services. CCI cannot guarantee that text messages provided through your wireless carrier will be delivered to you. CCI or the mobile carriers are not liable to you for any delayed or undelivered text messages. You must notify CCI in the event that your phone number is changed or deactivated.
You acknowledge that our text messages are sent to you without being encrypted and may include information about CCI positions or your interactions or potential interactions with CCI. The information in the text messages is provided on an “AS IS,” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. CCI will not be responsible for any loss or damage that could result from interception or misuse of any information by third parties or undelivered text messages.
