Randy has more than 30 years of experience in evaluating, realigning, marketing and managing anesthesia companies and departments nationally. He previously served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at an anesthesia and hospitalist practice management company. Randy's experience also includes serving as a Managing Partner, CEO, executive-level leader and consultant in companies that help healthcare organizations establish Management Services Organizations (MSO), Independent Practice Associations (IPA), Integrated Delivery Systems (IDS) and Physician Hospital Organizations (PHO).

Randy co-authored the chapter "Anesthesia Group Management and Strategies" in the The Handbook of Healthcare Delivery Systems. He also co-authored an article in Advanced Hospital Management magazine, an international healthcare publication, as well as contributed to articles that have appeared in Modern Healthcare and Modern Physician magazines. He is a member of the American Hospital Association, the American Management Association and the Medical Group Management Association.
