As Vice President of Operations, Debbie Leone leads operations and supports team members in Denver and several West Coast contracts.

With over 11 years of experience in anesthesia and behavioral medicine operations, Debbie has a proven track record of driving growth and building successful teams.

Her career includes roles at McKesson, Greater Florida Anesthesiology/Sheridan (now Envision), and Colorado Pain, as well as Senior Vice President of Operations at Behavioral Health Solutions. In her most recent role, she supported operations across eight states, leading facilities and teams while achieving 100% year-over-year growth through strategic acquisitions and development. Debbie’s expertise spans start-ups, billing, HR, performance management, people development, and finance, and she thrives in creating and optimizing systems.
