CCI Leadership Team

Dr. Schmutzler has a diverse background, training in anesthesiology, neuropharmacology, and acupuncture. Dr. Schmutzler received his medical degree and PhD from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at St. Vincent Hospital and Health System in Indianapolis and an anesthesia residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, with a special emphasis on regional anesthesia and ambulatory anesthesia. Dr. Schmutzler is the Chief Anesthesiologist in Mishawaka, Indiana and Regional Medical Officer for Central Indiana and Michigan with CCI Anesthesia. Currently, Dr. Schmutzler actively practices anesthesiology and acupuncture in Indiana and Michigan.
