This position provides a highly competitive base compensation of $365K, with a structured schedule of 39 weeks per year in a 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation, allowing for significant work-life balance. As part of our team, you’ll experience a blend of first and second call responsibilities, with 1st call in-house and a dedicated post-call day off.
