Practice Improvement Specialist

The Specialist has a strong understanding of the process of developing leads for new client relationships, excels at identifying qualified leads, and is skilled at building relationships. The Specialist will showcase CCI’s practice improvement and management services in a compelling way, and the Specialist will be personable and professional.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior Business Development & Communications work experience.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Approximately 40 hours of business development and marketing support on a weekly basis.
- Utilizes the weekly targeted telemarketing priorities and executes telemarketing calls to generate new business leads and build market awareness for CCI and/or NexGen.
- Makes contact with at least thirty (35) potential business leads per week.
- Works with business development team members to help generate new business that results in new contracts.
- Provide weekly updates on sales and marketing activities to the Senior Practice Improvement Specialist and EVP, Practice Improvement.
- Responsible for written communications and email follow-up on behalf of CCI and/or NexGen.
- Facilitates scheduling appointments for CCI and/or NexGen to conduct telephone conferences or on-site meetings with potential client organizations.
- Assists with proposal preparation as requested.
- Assists in identifying national, regional, and targeted opportunities for email and direct mail campaigns to generate new business leads and build market awareness for CCI and/or NexGen.
- Assists in conducting market research and analysis to determine industry/competitive trends and make recommendations regarding sales and marketing strategies to CCI and/or NexGen Executives.
- Assists in identifying ongoing branding and positioning strategies for CCI and/or NexGen.
