The Accounting Manager is vital to the success of Clinical Colleagues, Inc. (“CCI”) and its related entities. Supervises accounting staff in the daily operations of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance and revenue accounting. Oversee calculating, posting and verifying financial data to maintain accounting and statistical records. Ensures all analyses and reports are accurate and prepared in compliance with accounting policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Establishes and implements productivity and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of Accounting & Finance experience, including leadership experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Develop annual budgets.
- Manage account payable function.
- Manage account receivable function.
- Document monthly financial performance in the company’s customer relationship management system.
- Monitor cash flow, including recording customer payments.
- Monthly reconciliation of patient revenue deposits to third-party billing reports.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment:
Remote work. Standard home office.
Travel Requirement:
Travel on average 2–4 times a year for company meetings & events.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
