Richard “Rich” Hardy, CRNA has over 35 years of clinical anesthesia experience. During his career he spent 12 years as a Chief and 8 years as a CRNA in the Army Reserve with two deployments to conflict zones. He graduated from the Grand Forks School of Anesthesia, completing post graduate work at the University of North Dakota. Throughout his career Rich has been involved in start-ups of new anesthesia practices, lead the implementation of electronic anesthesia records, and practiced as a locum tenens. Most recently he has served as a CRNA Clinical Coordinator with responsibility for transition of contracted CRNAs to hospital employees and for managing the contracts for their transition.
