What's Included?

General Information

The exhibit space will consist of one table, which will be available to set up before the conference registration.

A maximum of two (2) exhibitors per company are welcome to have two refreshments, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday.

If your company wishes to sponsor a speaker, coffee break, lunch, or reception, please inquire regarding specifics.

Exhibitors should bring their own extension cords or make arrangements to obtain them through the conference facility. Exhibitors are responsible for any charges incurred for renting on-site equipment.

CCI Anesthesia is not responsible for loss or damage to the exhibits from any cause.

The exhibitor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activity and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the facility, its agents, and CCI from any losses or damages.

Once full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your booth assignment.

Acceptance of this application by CCI constitutes a binding agreement between the Association and the exhibitor. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or in any other manner transfer any part of the space assigned to them. A display space will only be reserved upon payment of the full fee.
